Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing
At Dr. Kaslow's we will help you maximize your insurance benefits. Cyndi our office manager will be happy to take care of all your insurance billing for you!

Payment Options
Dr. Kaslow gladly accepts checks, cash or credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Our primary goal is to make a healthy smile available to everyone so we also offer a flexible payment plan at no interest for up to 18 months. Please see Cyndi our office manager for details. We are always happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist. To maintain the highest standards of care, Dr. Kaslow does not participate in any HMO insurance programs.
